Welcome to the Radiation ePayment Website. This Website is designed for customers who want to pay for their material, or machine license fee(s) on-line by credit/debit card. To pay on-line, you will need the invoice number and zip code from the renewal invoice(s) to complete the transaction. You should have received the renewal notice in the mail approximately 30 days prior to the license fee being due. For each transaction, you will incur an additional 2.95% convenience fee to process the payment. This convenience fee is a separate charge from the license fee. If you have any questions about on-line payments or your invoice(s) , please call the Radiation Health Branch at (502) 564-3700 Option 2.

Important Notice for ePayment Users: The state vendor for the Electronic Payment system will be changing effective January 6, 2016. After this date clients wishing to make online credit card payments for their material or machine licenses will be assessed a transaction fee by the new vendor in the amount of 2.95% of the invoice amount. To avoid transaction fees, licensees may pay by check or money order to the Radiation Health Branch at 275 East Main Street, Mailstop HS1C-A, Frankfort, Kentucky 40621 instead of paying through the online system.
