General Process

You can search the directory by any one of the following options:
(1) Category Type and Specialty Type
(2) Provider name/ group name
(3) Provider county
(4) All three, if needed.

This directory includes all providers and is not restricted to Kentucky Medicaid Providers.

Kentucky Telehealth Directory

KRS 211.334 requires Kentucky Telehealth to develop and maintain a Telehealth Provider Directory to assist patients/consumers in locating health care providers utilizing telehealth across the Commonwealth.

NOTE: Prior to scheduling a telehealth visit, patients should contact their insurance company to confirm telehealth services are a covered benefit with their chosen insurance plan.
