This site will confirm whether your report WAS accepted or WAS NOT accepted for further assessment.
All reports are assessed according to the criteria established in 922 KAR 1:330 for child protective services,
922 KAR 5:070 for adult protective services, or 922 KAR 5:120 for domestic violence to determine if the information
meets the acceptance criteria for an investigation or assessment.
